1. White Bedsheet (Free)
Pin a clean white flat sheet tight to a fence, clothesline, or between two poles. Wrinkles = distortion, so pull it taut. Picture quality is 70% of a real screen.

Light-colored, matte stucco or siding works surprisingly well. Zero setup. Just aim and project.
